Terms & Conditions

For a tour to operate a minimum of 4 people is required to run any of our tours. We will notify you if a tour has to be cancelled due to the minimum viable number of bookings not being met. In this event a full refund will be given along with alternative dates for tours should you wish to rebook. 

Wyldside Tours (the operator) operates throughout regions that are remote and may be affected by inclement weather and dangerous road conditions.
The operator will endeavor to adhere to all tour details as published, however, circumstances beyond our control such as road and weather conditions or mechanical failure of vehicles may require Wyldside Tours to alter or cancel any tour departure without notice. A full refund will be given if these circumstances result in a tour cancellation. However, NO REFUNDS or compensation will be given if a tour itinerary has to be alerted due to inclement weather, medical events, injuries to employees, representatives or participants or mechanical issues/failures.
The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type, alter the itinerary or arrange an alternative operator if necessary.
Wyldside Tours cannot guarantee pick up or drop off times and are not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services or events after the tour. The operator will not accept responsibility for any problem, complaint or claim resulting from the provision of a service or failure to provide a service by any travel partner, transportation, accommodation or other supplier.

Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients and their belongings, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events, which are beyond our control.
All personal items are carried at the risk of the Passenger.  Wyldside Tours and/or its employees accepts no responsibility, or liability for any act or omission whatsoever (whether inside or outside their control) for any tour which may result in any loss of clients personal property or valuables, damage, detention, diversion or theft in regard to personal belongings, and will be exempt from any liability in respect of direct or indirect or consequential loss or damage, irregularity, delay liability and additional expenses, or inconvenience or any other event beyond its control including loss, other services, any acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, delays, strikes or cancellation or changes in itinerary or schedules whatsoever, howsoever by whosoever caused.
There are no secure facilities for personal items, while on tour, you have been explicitly advised.
All children on any tour must be accompanied by an adult. Any person under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult 18+. Strictly no children under the age of 5 years are able to attend any of our tours. 
Language
All tours information is provided in English and guides exclusively speak English.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Public Tours
Full refund is permitted for cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to departure.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of tour departure will attract a 100% cancellation fee (including no-shows).
Rescheduling is permitted for requests received more than 48 hours prior to departure. It is not guaranteed.
No changes are permitted within 48 hours of departure.
