Thank you for considering Wyldside Tours, we have some important information to share with you before you join us on tour.

Your pickup point
If you have not selected a specific pickup point from our list you will need to contact us to arrange a pick up location and time.

Please also contact us to update your phone number if you obtain a local number after booking.

Pick up Time
Please be ready and waiting at least 5 minutes prior to your nominated pick-up time. Please be in the hotel lobby or driveway pick up area of the hotel/residence.
We offer complimentary pick up for all customers from nominated hotels, this may mean a delay of up to 15 minutes due to unforeseeable circumstances. We will endeavour to contact you via your supplied mobile number to advise of extended delays.

Tour duration is approximate and is based on tour time departing from and returning to Surfers Paradise. Alternate pick-up locations may be prior to, or after tour commencement times.

What to wear
There is a walking portion on all tours therefore comfortable closed walking shoes are required.
Please check with the tour specific information below for more detailed information.

What to bring
Our vehicles carry a limited stock of sunscreen and insect repellent. However, we do ask that you also bring your own if you require it. Our vehicles do not have luggage space therefore large bags, prams etc are not able to come on tour, please leave them at your hotel or residence.

A few key things to bring:
Phone/Camera
Water bottle
Sun Hat
Money for optional activities and meals.
Rain jacket or jersey

Weather
Our tours will not operate in severe weather. Should we deem the conditions unsafe or miserable for our guests we may need to cancel and will advise you the day before the tour.
Some of our tours are conducted in Rainforest areas so it can rain from time to time.
*Remember: If it does not rain, we do not have Rainforests and waterfalls*
Infants
We do not cater to infants, NO one can attend the tour who is under five (5) years of age. This policy is not negotiable as we do not have the required safety restraints and child seats necessary for children under (5) five years of age.

Prams
Due to limited storage space, push chairs, strollers and prams cannot be stored.

Cancellations and Reschedule
Please note our cancellation policies below.
– Cancellations are permitted 48 hours or more prior to departure and you will receive a full refund.
– Reschedules are permitted 48 hours or more prior to departure.
– No changes are permitted within 48 hours of departure. 100% cancellation charges apply.
Combo Bookings
If you have booked one of tours with an option to book additional activities to the included activities, please contact us to book your second activity.

GROUPS/PRIVATE TOURS
Full Refund available if notified a minimum of 5 days prior to tour date. NO refund will be provided for cancellations less than five days prior to departure. (Includes No Shows)
No changes to numbers are permitted within 5 days of departure.

PAYMENT TERMS
For all private group bookings, a 50% nonrefundable deposit payable immediately at time of booking. Balance payable 7 days prior to departure.
